Well, after a month without a post, update or mix, i've managed to track down the original tapes (yes, old fashioned tapes) of the "Uplifting" series that was done back in 1995/6.

Not a lot of other people outside of the Darwen/Roxy circle will know about these as they were more a marketing tool than anything else. I remember being under a lot of pressure from management that I was with at the time to produce mixtapes very frequently so we put together 3 volume of the more "hands in the air" stuff that was around at the time.

A lot of the inspiration for my DJ'ing at the time came from the sounds playing in the Kaleidescope room at Peppermint Place in Blackburn and Angels in Burnley!

I will scan the original covers and post the tracklists for all three albums as soon as possible - keep checking back.

I've found a load more of my back catalogue during moving house so expect that lot to appear on here as well soon as well as some new full-length mixes and a couple of new tracks i've been working on.
